NeoStaging

For listing agents & property photographers

Stage the whole listing, not one photo at a time

Upload the entire shoot — thirty photos, interiors and exteriors. We sort every one, stage them in a single consistent style, and hand you a disclosure record for your broker.

No credit card for your first photo.

The difference

One listing, not one photo

Everyone else makes you upload one image, pick one style, write one prompt — then do it again twenty-nine times. We take the whole shoot and sort it for you.

  • Empty room · Living room

    Add furniture

  • Empty room · Bedroom

    Add furniture

  • Furnished · Kitchen

    Replace the furniture

  • Exterior — front

    Day to dusk

  • Exterior — back

    Green up the lawn

  • Floor plan

Skipped — we never touch these

You review what we picked and approve it. You never write a prompt. Floor plans are skipped automatically — staging one would be misrepresentation.

Eight things we do

Every one of these is built and running today. Nothing here is a roadmap item.

  • Add furniture

Furnish an empty room in your chosen style.

  • Replace the furniture

Strip dated furniture and restage the room.

  • Remove all furniture

Empty a cluttered room back to bare walls.

  • Remove an object

Circle the bin, the car, the clutter. It goes.

  • Replace the sky

Grey overcast becomes a clean blue sky.

  • Day to dusk

A flat daytime exterior becomes a warm twilight shot.

  • Green up the lawn

Patchy grass becomes healthy and even.

  • Improve lighting & colour

Exposure and white balance corrected. Nothing added.

MLS compliance

Every image comes with a record of exactly what changed

Virtual staging is legal. Misrepresenting a property is not. The line between them is whether you altered the furniture or the property.

So we check. Every staged image is compared against your original before you see it. If a render moves a wall, hides a crack, alters a window, or changes the structure, it is rejected automatically — and you are told why.

What you download is a disclosure packet: a manifest of every alteration, per image, with a hash of the original. Hand it to your broker. That is the point.

Every plan includes every feature. The only difference is how many photos you can stage.

Questions

No. You upload the shoot and we classify every photo, then suggest what to do with each one. You review the suggestions and approve. Writing thirty prompts is the thing this product exists to prevent.
