This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds work at NeoStaging.

1.Subscriptions and Billing

NeoStaging is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

2.Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard via the billing portal — no phone call or email is required. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan and any remaining credits remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which access ends.

Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except as set out below.

3.Refund Eligibility

Because the Service delivers digital outputs immediately and incurs processing costs, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as expressly provided here.

4.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund where eligible, contact [billing@neostaging.ai] from the email associated with your account, including your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

5.Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are invalid.

6.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, indicated by updating the “Last updated” date.
